Wosler Diagnostic Imaging Portal – AI-Powered Ultrasound Workflow Automation Platform
The Problem
Wosler Diagnostic Imaging Portal is a healthcare SaaS platform that automates the complete ultrasound workflow from DICOM study ingestion to AI-assisted radiology report generation and automatic RIS submission. Ultrasound clinics relied on fragmented workflows where DICOM studies, worksheets, reports, and RIS submissions were managed across multiple disconnected systems. Sonographers manually entered measurements, radiologists manually drafted reports, and staff uploaded documents into RIS, resulting in inefficiencies, duplicate work, delayed case processing, and lack of centralized tracking.
How We Solved It
Developed an end-to-end automation platform that automatically ingests DICOM studies from Orthanc PACS, extracts metadata and structured measurements, and pre-fills digital ultrasound worksheets. AI converts DICOM SR data into structured measurements and generates first-draft radiology reports. Real-time WebSocket notifications instantly assign cases to sonographers, while completed worksheets and AI-generated reports are automatically submitted to Velox RIS. The platform also implements workflow orchestration, duplicate-submission prevention, retry mechanisms, and centralized document storage for complete auditability.
